Week 22 - Memorial Day Splatter

This is my first attempt at a splatter mani. It's not as easy as it looks, I've got to say. It either wanted to come off the end of the straw in a big blog rather than splatter, or not at all. I started with two coats of Milani Whitest White, and then played blowfish with China Glaze Salsa and Frostbite. I felt like it wasn't quite finished after that, though, so I also splatted a bit of NYC Starry Silver Glitter, and then I added a single rhinestone star to each finger. I only felt so-so about this manicure until I went outside to take pictures in the sunshine...and it just POPPED in the sunlight!
